Instead of looking at those pretty girls on the cover of racy fashion magazines, those Instagram models under obvious filters, or those “sun-kissed” models with extreme diets and hoping to be like them, look at yourself in front of the mirror; being like them, will not make you beautiful, both in and out. So, embrace your differences, your uniqueness:
Own it.
The standards of today’s society about beauty is all about the physical appearance when in truth beauty is all about the courage, the confidence, the kindness, and the power you have as an individual. Always be you no matter what the circumstances.
